Due to the nature of our product, once your chain is cut, it is no longer returnable.

Broken Chain

In the event your chain or link breaks please save your chain and contact us. We we will reattach one time for free. Any additional reattachments will cost $15. If the chain is in poor condition, a new chain will need to be purchased.
